Happy Sunday 🥰 this week it really feels some things are falling into place. I have had 3 nights out of 4 where I have fallen asleep in less than an hour (a big deal) and have started putting new am and pm rituals into place which have really flipped a switch - wellness and self care are a constant work in progress 🙏💫
