I have neglected my page the second half of this year. It's been a big one with always something happening. I feel lucky to work with such lovely people everyday.
I have been spoilt this week with so many gifts for Christmas, wine, candles, amazing shortbread, chocolates and a brand new sharps container!!! Thanks Yat. This extra large container will see me though to retirement. It also makes a great vase for these stunning flowers from Ann.

Talking about pain and why we get pain is an important part of rehab. I like the use of the word 'opinion' here.
The language indicates there is another opinion.
And as we all know...... just because you have an opinion, doesn't mean it is correct. Pain does not always mean you are in actual danger.

Well it was bound to happen with a family of 5 but the COVID train has steamrolled the whole family. We are all doing well but I have spent numerous hours rescheduling my books for the last week and now this week.
If anyone needs to chat through a problem please let me know and I will give you a call.

This morning I completed my 100th class at KX Pilates Mile End .
It's taken me over a year to get to this milestone but it has been a constant in every week for that time. Slowly and steadily I am fitter and happier than I was before I started.
Exercise is essential in everyone's lives but for some reason excuses not to do it are a mile long.
I am a Physio, teach pilates and work in a pialtes studio yet I pay to go elsewhere. I find this hilarious but it means it gets done and that's what is important.
The team at KX are fun and motivating and push me far harder than I would push myself!
Congratulations to me. I am proud of myself for making myself stronger and healthier.
