How do the recent huge solar flares affect the human body?

Solar flares result from a build up of magnetic energy on the surface of the Sun which is then released through powerful waves of radiation and plasma. When a flare is Earth facing it takes only 8 minutes to impact the Earth's magnetic field and be felt.

Many people underestimate the impact of solar activity on our human bodies. Our brains and nervous systems, being electrical in nature, are influenced by these incoming electrical impulses and magnetic fields once they arrive on Earth.

On a spiritual level solar flares carry light codes which act as catalysts for spiritual awakening and DNA activation however
they can also disturb our Circadian rhythm resulting in the following mental and physical symptoms:

Interrupted sleep patterns
Sudden exhaustion
Headaches/ migraines
Dizziness
Mood swings eg. euphoria or inexplicable feelings of sadness

Mental fog, difficulty concentrating and memory impairment

We are all walking each other home 🙏💜

Those of you who are very cosmically connected - who feel very connected to the Universe, that we are one planet in this extraordinary, vast space - you're going to have a lot of cosmic information, celebration, a lot of cosmic (what some of you might call) downloads, communication. Those of you that haven't ever really thought about that, or haven't really had an awakening, there's going to be some energy around that. You're going to get very curious about what's beyond here, and there are going to be incidences, events, moments, and it's all part of this shift that we're going towards as a planet, where more and more, we're getting a little more connected to our wider place in the Universe. That's going to become more and more apparent as the years and decades go on.
