The Libra Full Moon peaked at 12.41 pm this afternoon Adelaide time.

Full Moons occur when the Moon is directly opposite the Sun in the zodiac. This is an uncomfortable aspect as the Moon ( our emotions) confronts the Sun ( our ego ) and
two zodiac signs come face to face to play a tug of war with each other.

While Aries represents the “ I Am”, Libra is “the other” in relationships, balance, harmony, diplomacy and justice.

This Full Moon asks us to own both energies of this opposition:
I vs We,
Me vs You,
What I want vs what you want,
Assertion vs compromise
Independence vs relationship
Fighting vs co-operating

To bring equilibrium into relationships where we may have overcompensated - Libra is a people pleaser, often putting others’ needs first - and to release any relationships that are unable to be brought into balance.

Venus, the ruler of this Moon has just moved into Ta**us, the other sign that she rules so is well placed to assist us in methodically considering our needs in relation to another’s.
Her sextile to Pluto brings some intensity into the mix, relationships will be tested and only those which are the most genuine will survive.

The Moon and Sun form a square aspect to Jupiter in Cancer, emotions are likely to be heightened as Jupiter pushes us to grow through the medium of our relationships with others.
