I thought it was time to really explain my vision for the vellora method. Yes it’s my method, and it is my academy for all things education. 18 years in the making and all my lived experiences I wanted to creat something with meaning.

Here is the blueprint to the vellora method:

V – Vision
*Clarity of intention, presence, and energetic alignment.
* Clients are guided to reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence. This method begins with conscious awareness, a vision of the state they wish to return to: calm, vibrant, and sovereign in their body.

E – Energy
* Balancing the nervous system.
* Techniques include gentle craniosacral-inspired holds, breath awareness, and grounding, activating the parasympathetic state (rest, digest, heal). This is vital before any deep work begins.

L – Love
* The core vibration of healing: touch with compassion.
* Touch is intentional, safe, and reverent, especially with buccal massage, which requires deep trust. Love means witnessing without judgment, and providing space for held emotion or trauma to release.

L – Liberation
* Release of tension, emotion, and fascial restriction.
* Through slow, methodical facial and intraoral techniques, clients often experience not just physical release (jaw, fascia, sinus) but emotional catharsis, unlocking what the body has held silently.

O – Opening
* Softening, receiving, and allowing energy and fluidity.
* As restrictions melt, the body opens. The fascia unwinds. The breath deepens. The client begins to receive - not just touch, but nourishment, oxygen, and energetic flow.

R – Radiance
* The glow of alignment and inner beauty expressed outwardly.
* Post-session, clients often look visibly lighter, brighter. The method restores facial tone, eases asymmetry, and releases deep fatigue — allowing true radiance to return.

A – Awakening
* Reconnecting to wholeness and embodied presence.
* The process ends in stillness and integration. Clients are invited to feel the shifts, rest in the new space created, and awaken gently into their body — regulated, softened, and more fully alive.

I went to integrate this with body massage, holistic facials and sound education. 2026 get ready!
