So on this day, the 23rd May 2005, the Centre for Health and Wellbeing was born! It’s our 20th year anniversary and we celebrated this milestone with our wonderful team - old, new and enduring!! Huge thanks to Ann Murphy my practice manager and Karen Thorp our front desk manager who have been with me from the start. They are my rocks and i have deep appreciation for them 🌟Such gratitude in my heart for the team we have and for the Centre where we all do our heartfelt work for thousands of patients every year!

In honour of a magnificent doctor who was a courageous and compassionate woman and my mentor in integrative medicine many years ago.
Margie always sought to find the underlying issues and was willing to find the best way to help her patients.
She was also a passionate environmentalist who walked the talk.
She was a pioneer for nutritional medicine and prolotherapy and a super star in my eyes. Thank you Margie for all you did and for the thousands of lives you impacted upon.

We are delighted to have Dr Catherine Peterson joining our team of incredible practitioners at the Centre.

Dr Cathy provides specialised care in restorative reproductive medicine which focuses on managing all aspects of reproductive health including fertility, menstrual and hormonal disorders. She also provides natural family planning services and antenatal shared care.

She is an accredited FertilityCare Medical Consultant using the science of NaProTECHNOLOGY TM to assist couples with infertility to conceive naturally, or to support pregnancies at risk of miscarriage. She has completed Reproductive Health Research Institute (RHRI) FEMM™ Medical Management training courses which address the diagnosis and restoration of hormonal abnormalities found in gynaecological conditions including infertility, PCOS, irregular periods, abnormal menstrual bleeding, PMS and more. So… I just wanted to share with you that I have been in Sydney at an event with Kerwin Rae where the focus is on nailing your business message and then scaling the business - have you heard of Nail It and Scale It?
I focussed on mentoring doctors in integrative medicine and created an eBook and pitch for this.
I got home last night then woke to a message from a colleague this morning…

My business mantra has always been “Hold the vision, trust the process, do the work”

This is the magic of life 🌟🙌🏻😁
