We recently became a family of 4! While we have been busy bonding, the world around us has been a little off balance. Although for now I don’t have time to spend on regular posts and pretty graphics, I just wanted to remind everyone that I am still here if you need me. Tantrums!

We’ve had a challenging week in our house. I suspect that the dreaded two-year-old-molars may be on their way. It started with a slight fever and lack of appetite and before I knew it, I suddenly understood how two year olds earned their reputation. I’m talking epic meltdowns.

We use a teething roller before naps and bed, meaning the smells have become a sleep association for our little one, so I’m reluctant to apply it during awake time. I prefer to keep it as part of her sleep routine. While she we was napping today I whipped up a tantrum-tamer roller bottle. It literally took a minute. After her nap I rolled it onto the bottom of her feet at her first nappy change, and I had my beautiful little girl back. Thank you God. Thank you DōTERRA. She ate well. We ran races, made Christmas cards, and had many giggles. I applied it again after bath and we didn’t even have a battle getting into her sleeping bag - the first time in months. Once again, DōTERRA was a complete game changer for us.

To make your own for your monster a.k.a. toddler: add a few drops of Wild Orange and a few drops of Balance (ratio depending on their age) into a 10ml roller bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Easy!
