How Overusing Your Phone Affects Your Dopamine

Let’s talk brain chemistry — and why your phone might be messing with it.

🧠 1. What Is Dopamine?

Dopamine is a brain chemical that helps regulate:

It’s released when you do things that feel good — like eating, exercising, or achieving a goal.
