Please join us in giving a very special Hearts welcome to Bruce, the newest (and tiniest!) member of our Wellbeing Dog team 🐾💙

At just 13 weeks old, Bruce the Miniature Cavoodle is already capturing hearts across the Hearts Community. Bruce is currently in Puppy Pre-School, and will commence Puppy Training soon, before moving on to his official Dogs Connect wellbeing dog training alongside our Boarding Staff to ensure Bruce is supported as he grows into his important role.

Bruce has well and truly settling into Sacred Heart, greeting boarders before and after school, spending time playing and enjoying pats in each boarding house, joining the Director of Boarding for check-ins across the houses, and is looking forward to walks and beach trips once he has all his vaccinations.

Bruce may be small, but he already has a big role to play in supporting connection, comfort and wellbeing within our Boarding community. We cannot wait to watch him grow, learn and become a much-loved companion to our students 💙🐶

Starring Ash & Bingo, 4-year-old German Shepherd siblings

Hi. Hello. Welcome.
Please take a seat, grab a snack, and ignore the sound of something bouncing in the background that’s just a tennis ball. Again.

We’re Ash and Bingo, brother and sister, professional roommates, and the stars of our own long-running sitcom. Four seasons in (that’s four years), still going strong, and absolutely inseparable. If you adopt one of us… surprise! You get the other one too. We come as a boxed set.

Every morning starts the same way.
One of us wakes up first (usually Bingo), announces VERY LOUDLY that it is time to begin the day, and the other one (usually Ash) sighs deeply and pretends to be the responsible one. Then we both bounce up, because daily walks are our version of coffee. We are energetic, clever, and ready to go the moment the lead appears.

Humans are our favourite cast members.
Big humans, small humans, visiting humans we love them all. Kids especially get five stars from us. We are gentle, good-natured, and always happy to be included in whatever you’re doing, even if it’s just sitting down (we’re excellent at supervising that).

Other dogs?
Well… that episode hasn’t really aired yet. We haven’t been exposed to many, and sometimes large dogs make us a bit unsure. Because of that, we’d really shine as only dogs, where we don’t have to share attention, toys, or screen time. Honestly, we think we deserve top billing.

Cats remain a mystery.
We’ve heard rumours. We’ve never met one. The writers haven’t decided how that storyline goes yet.

Our hobbies include daily walks, intense games of chase, and a lifelong obsession with tennis balls.
Seriously. If you throw it, we will retrieve it. If you don’t throw it, we will stare at you until you do. We are smart dogs and love being kept busy brains and bodies both need exercise in this household.

One important episode to note: “The Gate Was Left Open.”
If a gate is open, we will investigate. Enthusiastically. A secure yard is a must for us, because curiosity plus speed equals accidental side quests.

At the end of the day, though, the chaos settles.
We flop down together, lean against each other, and quietly enjoy being exactly where we belong. We are siblings. We are best friends. We are comfort, fun, energy, and loyalty wrapped into two big Shepherd bodies.

So if you’re looking for a pair who will make you laugh, keep you active, and fill your home with love (and tennis balls), then maybe… just maybe…
The Sitcom Roommates are ready to move in for their next season. ❤️🐕🐕
