Thankyou everyone for attending our first event for 2026. The heat was on, but it didnt stop a lot of new and old members from coming and training on our obstacles this morning. And the best way to finish off is always with a lovely trail ride through the park. Hope to see you all at our Come and Try competition next month 🥰

We are here...its cool enough and most of the grounds are still under shade...head on down for some obstacle training 8am-12noon today 🐴

Due to Sundays weather we moving the Obstacle Play earlier to beat the heat.

Obstacle play on Sunday 15th February will now be open between 8am - 12noon with gates opened at 7am.

AGM will still be held at 12noon at this stage.

Please keep an eye on our page for any updates leading up to Sundays event.

FEI, along with EA are rolling out updated standards on helmets

As a standard rule, you should update your helmet every 5 years or after a fall or impact, so it might be time to head into your local saddlery and grab a new one, or check that it complies with the standards set out by the FEI and EA, which can be found on the EA website.

These are the current standards, and you will need a yellow EA tag or a green tag, depending on where your helmet sits with the new rollout. This can be done at most saddleries, just give your local one a call.

Current Australian standard AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) provided they are SAI Global marked.
New Australian standard ARB HS 2012 provided they are SAI Global marked.
Current American standard ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a onwards) provided they are SEI marked.
Current American standard SNELL E2001.
Current British standard PAS 015 (1998 or 2011) provided they are BSI Kitemarked.
Interim European Standard VG1 (01.040: 2014-12) with or without BSI Kitemark.
VG1 (01.040: 2014-12) with or without BSI Kitemark (remains until 31 December 2026).
