Secrets of Ta***ic Practice
There are certain Ta***ic practices which, once begun, leave the practitioner forever changed. A doorway of consciousness opens, and in that very moment, the world appears utterly different.
Today, I am going to share with you one such secret — something I experienced many years ago, and which a few other practitioners have also been guided to experience.
Always remember: the secrets of Ta**ra reveal themselves only when the seeker is inwardly called to them — when there is genuine restlessness and curiosity from within. Those who approach merely out of fascination or in search of miracles are always left disappointed. If you possessed the skill to truly recognise a seeker, you would never approach them casually.
A few years ago, a practitioner once asked me,
“Guru ji, what is that Nāḍī–Dvāra Sādhana in which, during the third watch of the night, a black point appears, and within moments the entire room is filled with light?”
I told him, “That point is the centre of an invisible energy — it is the energy of Kālī. If approached at the right time, with the right mantra and the right breath, the practitioner can move his consciousness up and down at will.”
At his sincere request, I gave him the method — along with clear instructions about what to do and what not to do in certain situations.
He began the practice.
On the first night, nothing happened.
On the second night, his pulse trembled.
On the third night, he said that suddenly a moving black point appeared on the wall, slowly approaching him until it stopped right before him.
And on the fourth night, he told me, “Guru ji, what happened today… I do not have the strength to describe it. But I now understand that the other doorways of consciousness truly exist. I stand before you only by your grace — otherwise, what might have happened, I do not know.”
Some practices work with such immense force that they are never described in ordinary language, nor are their methods ever made public. These practices are highly sensitive — the practitioner’s life can be at risk. Such practices must never be attempted without proper guidance.
These secrets are revealed only to those seekers who are truly ready to awaken — who are dedicated and surrendered — because the practice is not simple, yet its results are extraordinarily profound.
