•Babies often present when learning to crawl with altered crawling patterns. This could include bottom-shuffling, commando crawling or crawling with one leg held straight out to the side and one foot planted on the floor. Other babies present with delayed crawling.
•Toddlers often present with a mild bowing of the lower leg bones, which can be caused by intra-uterine lie positioning, or through falls.
•Osteopaths who work with a Biodynamic view in the Cranial Field assess & treat the Neuro-musculoskeletal structures of the child (nerves, muscles & growing bones & joints).
•Our force-free approach to treatment often leaves the child feeling very relaxed & helps improve their gait patterns allowing their small bodies to grow up strong & biomechanically balanced.
•Osteopaths are primary care practitioners & can refer for Xray or other radiographic procedures if necessary. We also work in conjunction with midwives, paediatricians, GPs, maternal child health nurses & lactation consultants when required.

My friend in Canada, Paul Buffel posted this on his work page and it made me smile out loud! Only this morning I was telling my Mum to turn her phone off completely and restart it if it wasn't working. We all need a" reboot " now and then.

Face masks are still required in my practice until 23 December😷. Reusable Cloth masks are an option and I have plenty of single-use surgical masks. Please mention any concerns you may have about wearing a mask. There are exceptions for mandatory mask use in health care settings. Looking forward to treating you soon.
