Another fantastic week at Sprout Cooking School for our HI Project participants! 👏

The crowd-favourite sausage rolls were a hit once again, turning out absolutely perfect. Then on Thursday, we were lucky to welcome some special guests, Freddie Brincat OAM , Founder and Executive Director of CBS Inc. and Craig Love, Executive Manager - NDIS who rolled up their sleeves, put on the aprons, and jumped right into the kitchen with the group.

Together, they prepared a delicious lunch of steaks served on freshly made flatbread, topped with a vibrant chimichurri sauce — a real treat for everyone involved! 🌿🥩

A week filled with great food, teamwork, and hands-on learning — the perfect way to wrap up our final week at Sprout. Well done to all participants for their amazing effort! 💛

CBS Inc. Socialize West Elizabeth took on a fantastic challenge this week—selecting a meal from the Food Co-Op to prepare and enjoy at home! 👩‍🍳🏡

This activity wasn’t just about cooking—it was about building independence in the community and bringing those valuable skills back into the home (while filling some very happy bellies too!).

These meal kits are a game changer—packed with everything you need to create a delicious meal for four people. They’re generous, budget-friendly, reduce food waste, and take the stress out of that daily question… “what’s for dinner?” 🤔🍽️

A huge shoutout to James for a fantastic effort—Mexican Chicken for the win! 🌮🔥
