Cervical spondylosis is a common reason for long-lasting neck pain. It happens when the bones and discs in the neck start to wear out as we age. The soft discs between the neck bones can dry out, shrink, or develop mineral deposits, which leads to changes similar to arthritis. These changes can also cause bone spurs to form.
According to Ayurveda, cervical spondylosis is similar to a condition called Greeva Stambh.
◄ Greeva means neck
◄ Stambh means stiffness
Ayurveda says this happens mainly due to an increase in Vata dosha. When Vata becomes high—especially as we get older—it causes dryness and wear-and-tear in the body. This reduces Sleshaka Kapha, the natural cushioning between the joints. When this cushioning decreases, the neck discs start to degenerate, which leads to cervical spondylosis.
Causes
• Eating too many dry or cold foods.
• Not eating meals on time.
• Fasting again and again.
• Eating junk food and drinking cold drinks.
• Sleeping in the day and staying awake at night.
• Doing heavy or wrong exercises.
• Ignoring natural urges.
• Long hours of driving.
• Sitting or studying with bad posture.
With the Ayurvedic approach, LifeLine Ayurvedic Herbal Clinic helps to manage cervical spondylosis by reducing pain, improving movement, and slowing degeneration. With herbal formulations and therapies like Panchakarma and Greeva Basti, Ayurveda helps balance vata, remove toxins, and correct posture or lifestyle issues that cause the problem. These treatments relax the neck, reduce stiffness, nourish the discs, and help reverse wear-and-tear.

When stomach acid and contents flow back into the esophagus frequently, causing troublesome symptoms or damage, it is called Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
According to Ayurveda, hyperacidity is linked to Amlapitta, a condition that arises when the Agni (digestive fire) becomes imbalanced, leading to an aggravation of the Pitta dosha. Amlapitta is of two types:-
● Urdhvaga Amlapitta: When pitta moves upward.
● Adhoga Amlapitta: When pitta moves downward.
At Life Line Ayurvedic Herbal Clinic, the treatment for hyperacidity focuses on gently calming the aggravated Pitta dosha through simple diet changes and soothing herbal medicines. For individuals with long-term or severe hyperacidity, the clinic may also recommend mild detox therapies like Virechana or Vamana, depending on the stage of the condition. Along with these treatments, Yoga and Meditation are encouraged to help reduce stress and anxiety, which are common causes of hyperacidity.

Lichen planus is a skin problem that happens when the body’s immune system becomes overactive and irritates the skin. It usually appears as itchy, purple or reddish bumps that areflat on top. This condition can affect many areas, including the skin, scalp, mouth, nails, and genitalia.
Causes: In many cases, the cause is unknown, but certain viral infections, especially hepatitis C, may trigger it. Some medications, such as arsenic, bismuth, gold compounds, and long-term use of quinidine, can also lead to similar skin lesions.
According to Ayurveda, the condition that most closely resembles Lichen Planus is Charma Kushtha, a type of Kushtha Rog. It occurs due to an imbalance of the Vata and Kapha doshas.
Skin is sensitive, and exposure to chemicals can easily damage or irritate it. At Life Line Ayurvedic Herbal Clinic, our experts follow a holistic Ayurvedic approach to manage Lichen Planus, focusing on restoring internal balance and strengthening the skin from within.
In Ayurveda, our practitioners recommend a comprehensive treatment strategy that includes improving digestion (Agni Deepana), detoxifying the body (Ama Pachana), and eliminating accumulated toxins with Panchkarma. Along with this, we prescribe herbal formulations, immune-strengthening remedies, and local applications that help in soothing itching, reducing inflammation, and promoting healthy skin.

Digestive issues are one of the most common health complaints today. From burping, stomach pain, and fatigue to bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhoea, these symptoms reflect an imbalance in the gastrointestinal tract.
This is often due to poor agricultural practices, pesticide residues, environmental pollution, and highly processed foods. Over time, these toxins damage the delicate intestinal lining (mucosa), causing inflammation and reduced nutrient absorption.
At Life Line Ayurvedic Herbal Clinic, our practitioners take a holistic approach to managing digestive disorders through the use of herbal medicines, individualized dietary guidance based on the balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas, and targeted lifestyle modifications. Our herbal formulations help cleanse the gastrointestinal tract, reduce inflammation, and optimize digestive enzyme function. Personalized dietary advice aims to restore healthy gut flora, and enhance nutrient absorption, promoting long-term digestive wellness.
