2025 was a year of deep work.

A year of listening to bodies, holding space, easing pain and supporting healing in all its forms.
I’m so grateful to every soul who trusted us with their body and their journey, it truly was a beautiful year of care and connection.

On a more personal note, the year ended with the passing of a beloved family member.
That loss meant stepping back, being quieter here, and choosing presence with family over showing up on social media. Thank you for your patience, understanding and kindness during that time 🤍

As we step into 2026, it already feels busy, full and a little untidy… but also exciting.
I’m still finding my rhythm in how I show up here again, and that’s okay. Healing, after all, isn’t linear… and neither is life.

So here’s to 2026 🍾🥂
A cracker of a start, a bit messy, deeply human, and full of heart.
We can’t wait to continue supporting your wellbeing, one body and one breath at a time.
