Discover the transformative power of meditation and mindfulness in this supportive 6-week course designed for beginners and those seeking to refresh their practice. Learn practical, evidence-based techniques that can easily fit into your daily routine, helping you cultivate calm, focus, and presence.

Each session will include a discussion around weekly topics, scientific and traditional insights, guidance through multiple techniques and time for questions and reflection. We will sit on chairs for comfort in normal attire and practise without religion or dogma.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or rekindling your meditation practice, you’ll gain the tools, understanding and confidence to make meditation and mindfulness a lasting part of your life, bringing greater clarity and ease to your everyday experience.

Open to adults aged 18 and over with little or no prior meditation experience. Please note, this course is not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions unless cleared by a medical specialist.
