There’s a lot surfacing right now, and it’s natural to feel shocked and disturbed by what’s coming to light.
But looking away is how corruption stays hidden.
Giving your attention doesn’t mean doom-scrolling or becoming consumed by anger or fear.
It means staying conscious and choosing not to pretend everything is fine.
Awareness matters — but awareness alone isn’t enough.
It must be held with integrity and the courage to stay present when it’s uncomfortable.
When enough people refuse to ‘move on,’ silence can no longer protect what must be confronted.
As new aspects of darkness are uncovered, it’s important to stay grounded and to care for your energy.
Take moments to breathe, come back into your center, and remember the light of love.

What we're experiencing right now is a lot of missing identity, lost identity, parts of yourself that you perhaps have never experienced before emotionally, psychologically playing out. And this absurdity that you can see playing out in the world, things that don't seem to make any sense. So what it does to us as individuals is it gives us an opportunity to awaken more. When you get through the discomfort, when you get through the perhaps paralysis or shock of, “What the hell is going on out here?”, you have an opportunity to go deeper inside yourself. So the opportunity of the year is for you to become more conscious to yourself, to your values, and then to also see what values you would like this world to hold, what you would like to see more of in this world. And either working towards becoming that for the world, your immediate family, friends, environment, or getting behind causes, ways of life that you believe in at an all new level.

The elbow chakras are said to regulate the intensity of relationships — how we accept, give, and set boundaries.

Think about your elbows.

They bend.
They flex.
They support movement.
And sometimes… they lock.

But how often do you truly need to lock your elbows?

When they stay locked too long, other areas take the strain — wrists, shoulders, neck.

Symbolically, the same can happen in our relationships.
Occasionally we need to take a stand.
But if we stay rigid, we become stiff, uncompromising, and stuck.

Death is the bringer of life, as much as you may think it takes life away. You are alive, and you have so much more to experience and create. With any of those relationships you have lost, if you can come to a place at the right moment for you of identifying what it is you most miss about those beings, those people, and that relationship you were in, then you have your blueprint of what it is you need to create next.

Because the last thing the person who has died would wish for you is that your joy of interacting with them ended with them. Their wish for you, at a soul level, is that everything they experience with you and you experience with them is something you will now build even bigger and brighter. You will be reunited with them on the other side. But for now and for good reason, you are still alive.

I am a Intuitive Soul Coach and Spiritual Medium, empowering people just like you, who are at a crossroad in life. My passion is to work with Spirit in whatever way is needed for you to receive the clarity, support and healing that you need. I have been blessed with the gift of connecting with the Spirit world and I feel humbled to be chosen by the Divine to connect to your Loved Ones in Spirit if needed.

I feel empowered to help others understand themselves, to learn to love themselves unconditionally and to make their lives happier. The way I work with Spirit is unique, no session is ever the same in delivering messages that will touch your life forever. I have the ability to hear and know the truth.
