The festive season naturally encourages us to give, to friends, family, and community. Yet in the midst of generosity, it’s easy to forget the importance of giving to ourselves. Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s a way to stay connected to our own energy, clarity, and inner guidance.

By tending to our own well-being — through meditation or simple activities such as putting your feet up with a book, enjoying a quiet hour in a cozy space, or soaking in a nice hot bath — we maintain the capacity to show up fully for others. When we honor ourselves by taking time to recharge, the busyness of the lead-up to Christmas doesn’t leave us drained at the end of the day, and our acts of giving come from a place of presence rather than pressure.

This season, let your kindness extend inward as well as outward. Listen to what your body, mind, and spirit need, and give yourself the gift of care. 🌿✨

FROM 9 TO 1 ✨THE GREAT ENERGETIC SHIFT INTO 2026 ✨ NOVEMBER 22, 2025

Dear friends, the shift from 2025’s 9-frequency into 2026’s 1-frequency is one of the most profound energetic pivots in the collective cycle. A 9 year brings endings, clearing, karmic purification, and the dissolution of what no longer aligns with our evolving path. And 2025 has carried this energy intensely—old timelines collapsing, deep chapters closing, and inner truths rising to the surface. As we approach 2026, we stand at the edge of a new vibrational beginning. The 1 frequency marks initiation, emergence, identity, leadership, and fresh purpose. It is not simply a new year; it is a new energetic era inviting us to step into a story we haven’t lived before.

This weekend opens a transitional zone, a liminal passage where the dissolving currents of 9 overlap with the first sparks of 1. It may feel like walking through a doorway where the air on each side has a different temperature. The 9 frequency is releasing its final waves—pushing out what must be completed—while the 1 frequency is already whispering direction, vision, and momentum. This overlap makes the present moment feel strangely charged. You may sense endings and beginnings occurring simultaneously, as if your inner field is rearranging itself to accommodate what wants to emerge.

Emotionally, this energetic overlap can be deeply revealing. The final sweep of the 9 frequency often brings unresolved feelings to the surface—old fears, past memories, forgotten dreams, or relationships that still hold energetic residue. These are not regressions but invitations to release what cannot travel into the next cycle. At the same time, the 1 frequency may spark subtle excitement, a quiet creative pulse, or a renewed desire for clarity and direction. For energy sensitives, the body becomes the meeting place of these two frequencies. The 9 frequency may show up physically as detox symptoms: fatigue, digestive shifts, muscle heaviness, or sudden emotional drops.
