I am a qualified counsellor and passion is to assist others to learn about themselves and how they think, explore their past experiences and understand their current behaviour, the behaviour of others and gain a different perspective of difficult situations. With an emphasis on listening to you in a positive and safe environment that is free of judgement, you can confidently and comfortably talk about what is happening in your life. My counselling approach involves facilitating a process which allows you the freedom to move to a space where you become able to understand your feelings, learn new strategies for coping and work towards empowering yourself to live a happier life. This is achieved through the both of us establishing a trusting and respectful relationship.
