Meet Tanisha Lucas, our dynamic Client Relationship Manager at Carelink!
Starting as an independent support worker in 2022, Tanisha dedicated herself to assisting young children on the autism spectrum, especially those facing significant behavioral challenges and non-verbal communication. Her journey led her to roles as a team leader and client liaison officer, where she honed her skills in administration, rostering, and stakeholder communication.
Recently, she earned her Certificate IV in Community Services and is committed to continuous professional development. Based in our Wayville office in Adelaide, Tanisha thrives on building strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best support possible.
She finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the growth and progress of NDIS participants, helping them achieve their goals, and offering support through challenges. Always focused on personal and professional growth, Tanisha is dedicated to enhancing her skills and abilities to better serve our community.
