As many of you know. I work in the clinic but also outdoors but one thing I will always always prioritise is good skin practices.
High quality SPF 50+ to prevent visible signs of ageing.
One of the biggest contributors to premature aging is sun damage so it is super important to apply and reapply as needed.
2nd, is hand care. It goes without saying that nobody wants a massage or facial with hard calloused hands. So keep my hands protected with my hand shield to keep them soft and smooth every day. And 3rd, coffee. Because no one wants the version of me without coffee 🤣
Prioritise selfcare. Create a selfcare routine that will become a habit. Small steps taking only a few moment out of your day that will add so much value to your wellbeing and self worth.
