Now delivered over 13-18months. 13 Stepping Stones has More depth and content developed over years to be shared
Fair to say it arrives with right timing, personnal growth, age and request to Teach more.
My continue growth with spirit and life over 60+yrs(in this life) brings me to the Now. Working as a Energy practitioner for over 35+yrs bring me to the Now.

The following are some of the subjects we travel through. Flowing in partnership with our higher guidance .

*Strengthen Grounding and build closer connection, understanding to spirit self, which supports everyday living
*Chakra/Moon cycle awareness
*Guided Meditations/Rainbow Energy
*Nurture self
*In Nature(earth,water,fire,air)
*Be Creative
*Compass/direction
*Intuition, Dream journaling, Masking, Gratitude and working with our spiritual guides (animal, cosmic, lineages)

Collaboration, communication is a key for everyday living, so will be our time working together. Skills we aim to strengthen.

Intricate details are woven into Stepping Stones. May your innate knowledge, tools learnt support dedication and responsibility towards practise and experiencing by doing.
True to say a joint adventure. May we continue to walk to be in Alignment with Who We Are.

Connecting with Nature
🌳 In Nature

There is so much busyness around you
You cannot hear me
There is so much noise, you cannot think
To receive, you must listen
How can you listen when the mind is not still
And pain is all you feel
Pain and anxiety fills you
Calm
Be at peace
Be still
Go out into Nature
Walk a path
Find space
A space you can sit
Ponder
Listen to the silence that surrounds you
Then creeps within
Now we can begin.
