13 Stepping Stones: A programme delivered over a period of time(13 months or what is suited to the individual pace)generally 13-18 months.
*Strengthening connection to self/guidance within/out.
*Grounding: supports self with Everyday Living
*Connection to Spiritual Energies eg. Cosmic spiritual energies, Ancestory, plants, animals, stone, sky, land. These are a few examples that may journey with you.
*flowing with Moon cycles, Chakra awareness
*nurture self
*conscious moments to be in nature
* moments to be creative working with different art mediums
*collaboration, communication is key for everyday living, so it will be for our time working together(skills we aim to strengthen)
*13 Stepping Stones on my website was an introduction to the now more in depth programme that is been delivered.
With my own self growth and right timeing(aged/life experience) programmes are reignited by new and the continue developing guidance to expand and start sharing more.
My continue growth with energies over the last 60+ years (in this life)brings me into Now. Working as a energy practitioner over the last 35+ years brings me to Now.
Allowing experience and my relationship with other energies move into more teaching and supportive roles .

The intricate details are woven into the programme, so they have opportunity to be delivered over the months with your dedication of the work you put in. So your responsibilty with your innate knowledge and tools learnt to practice the work.
What you practise between our sessions is a large part of your growth, as is mine to be supportive and available.

13 Stepping Stones introduced itself to me via spiritual energies i know as Wise Ones. First teachings were already happening(life) but they broke down information more from each of there cateory since 2010.
This becomes a story in itself to share around camp fire.
