Hi, I’m Warunee! ☀️ I moved to Adelaide recently and brought my love for yoga with me. I’ve been practicing and teaching for years, and now I’ve created a cozy little space in Parkside for private yoga sessions.

I specialise in:
✨ Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga – Build strength, flexibility & balance (Beginner & Intermediate)
✨ Yoga Healing – Gentle sessions to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, hips & body

If you’ve ever felt like big studio classes weren’t quite right for you, I totally get it. That’s why I keep my sessions small—just you or a couple of friends—so we can focus on what you need most: strength, flexibility, relaxation or even gentle healing for aches and pains.

If you‘re curious to try, my first session is just $25. No pressure, just a chance to move, breathe and see if it feels right for you. 💛
