Through workshops and individual sessions, Kintsugi Dreaming specialises in guiding clients towards healing, personal growth, and intuitive insights. Kintsugi Dreaming is owned by Elizabeth Coe, a Holistic Practitioner and Educator. "I am a seasoned corporate professional with over 20 years of experience, blending my expertise with spiritual practices as a psychic medium, Reiki Master and personal change facilitator. Through workshops and individual sessions, I specialise in guiding clients towards healing, personal growth and intuitive insights." Elizabeth has practised energy healing and personal change techniques since 2004. Born with psychic gifts and the ability to communicate with the spirit world, Elizabeth spent many years shutting down her gifts, terrified of the paranormal. Fear combined with a healthy dose of scepticism made it difficult to accept that the messages she was receiving were real. Fast forward to 2012 and every tool she had ever learned came into play when faced when challenging personal circumstances. Over the next few years, the situations experienced cracked her wide open and the psychic medium dam burst resulting in 'all the things' crashing fully in. After much searching, work and healing, Elizabeth repaired all of her broken pieces and became stronger as a result. Kintsugi Dreaming was born from the realisation that our broken pieces are a part of our unique history, they are ours and ours alone. We can heal those pieces and put ourselves back together again. Recognising that the repaired whole is even more beautiful for the unique cracks running through it, showcasing our personal journey is an empowering and inspiring thing. Elizabeth's mission is to assist others to heal, grow and evolve so they too can appreciate the absolute beauty of every part of them and know they are even more valuable as a result of all they have experienced. Note: Kintsugi Dreaming is the coming of age of Earth Sparkles. Earth Sparkles has been rebranded with a new name and website. New service offerings are being added to the existing suite of services. New name, same heart-led service.

Okay, my lovelies… September 1st is creeping closer and I’m so ready for it ✨

I picked this date on purpose. The first day of spring just felt right — a season of fresh energy, gentle awakenings, and new rituals. And yes, it also happens to fall in Virgo season… which explains a lot 😅 Every tiny detail has been thought about, rethought, and then thought about again (classic Virgo behaviour, right?).

And now, somehow, it’s almost here. Ride or Die Botanicals officially launches September 1st 🌿 I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating behind the scenes.

This next chapter feels… big. Like new-season energy, but for all of us. And I hope, in some way, these blends land in your hands when you need them most 💛

This blend was made for us… the empaths, intuitives and sensitive souls.

It’s an energetic boundary in a bottle and helps you to cut cords and walk away from what no longer serves you. Use it when you don’t want to absorb everyone else’s crap. Aura Armour is in my daily personal arsenal!! 🤣
