One of the greatest determinants of our health is not what we eat…

It’s who we sit across the table from.

Healthy relationships regulate the nervous system.
They create safety in the body.

I’m Calling BS on “Hereditary”

Got some test results back recently. And instead of feeling scared, I felt frustrated. Frustrated at a system that hands out labels like life sentences. Frustrated at the idea that my health is predetermined by my genes, as if my choices, my lifestyle, and my intuition count for nothing.

Well, I’m not playing that game. I refuse to accept a future dictated by a diagnosis when I know the body is designed to heal. No band-aid solutions, no outsourcing my well-being—just deep, honest healing from the inside out.

Because hereditary doesn’t mean inevitable. And I refuse to be another statistic.
