Ground Hog Mode is a serious problem if you don't know what's causing this or how to move past it. You have most likely tried affirmations gone out and bought the secret etc and yet you are still stuck with life keeps repeating and why you?
I started on this path in 1995 when I had a terrible accident and had to ask myself some very serious questions as not all of us get the true help we need and are left to do it all ourselves. I sat on my couch for two days and two nights trying to figure out how to fix my paralysis.
I have a powerful mind and I made each body part move. It was exhausting, still had to go to work (nightmare). Our body breathes, moves and functions automatically mine no longer did with moving, walking I had to make each body part move. I asked my body to show me pictures that I still had my toes after launching chairs or tables at work. Took body two weeks to show me.
I examined everything whilst sitting there and finally came up with what do babies do? Yes what do they do they crawl. What does crawling do it rewires the brain and rewires the body. Oh and the last thing I learnt two years later was to roll side ways. You need this skill to get out of bed. In hospital they prove to you that you are permanently paralysed because you can't roll side ways to get out of bed. Our minds are more powerful than we realise. I walk, dance and work just like you do.
1997 I studied Reiki that's when Reiki arrived in New Zealand. From a small child I already did natural healing needed to learn reiki as my gift is powerful and needs to be spread over time. Reiki does this for me.
Still studied mind, brain, body, etc.
Learning about Why your life keeps repeating the same pattern or patterns and what part you play in it and how it came about will surprise you and what you can do to break the pattern because it is a pattern a program.
As part of the course, I will be cleaning and clearing your vibration, and you will take home course notes so you can practise what you have learnt.
