Create a memorable name for your go-to calm/confidence anchor and write a one-line cue so clients remember how to use it anywhere.

How to:
Pick the anchor type (breath, touch, word, visual).
Give it a simple, sticky name.
Write one sentence: when to use it + how to do it.

Template:

Cue (one line): “When ___, ___ + ___.”

Examples:

General Calm
Pocket Calm — “When stress rises, press thumb–forefinger, exhale slowly, whisper ‘soften.’”
Wave Rider — “When urges crest, breathe out longer than in and count to five.”

Clean Breath — “After coffee, take three slow exhales and sip water before moving.”

As the year closes, I want to pause for a moment.

Not to rush into goals or promises — but to acknowledge the work you’ve already done.

Running a self-employed hypnotherapy practice takes more than skill.
It takes resilience on the quiet days.
Reflection when things don’t go to plan.
And the willingness to keep showing up — even when no one’s clapping.

If this year taught you anything, let it be this:
You don’t need to do more.
You need to do what matters — more consistently.

As we step into the new year, I’m wishing you:
