The Protected Owner Block
If it’s not in your calendar, it’s not part of your business.
This weekend, we’re turning that idea into structure.

Your Challenge
Schedule your weekly Owner Time block of minimum 30 minutes.
Then write a 2-line commitment you’ll use to protect it.
Share yours in the comments if you like.

How to:
Line 1: Declare when your owner block happens.
Day + time. Make it specific.
Line 2: State what this block is for (and what it is not for).
Keep it simple and clear.

“My Owner Time is every [day] at [time].
This time is for reviewing and steering the business — not client work or admin.”


Examples

Simple Weekly Block
“My Owner Time is every Tuesday at 9:00am.
This time is for reviewing enquiries and making one small decision.”

Evening Version

The Consistency Snapshot

This weekend’s challenge is about noticing what’s already quietly working in your business — and doing one tiny thing to not accidentally break it.

No analysis.
No fixing.
No new ideas.
Just owner awareness.

Write a 2-line owner snapshot you’ll use to reinforce what’s already contributing to client flow and choose one small action to support consistency.

How to:
Line 1: Notice what’s already working (even a little).
Something that has been quietly bringing enquiries, bookings, or momentum.
Line 2: Choose one tiny action to keep it steady this week.
Not growth.
Not optimisation.

It's time for another Weekend Challenge


Step into Owner Mode — 15-Minute Observation

A zero-pressure, 15-minute check-in where you look at your practice as the owner, not the operator. No fixing. No admin. Just noticing—and writing one clear sentence.

Share what you noticed in the comments.

How to:
1) Set a 15-minute timer.
2) Open one view only (inbox, bookings, enquiries, revenue snapshot, marketing channel stats—pick one).
3) Observe, don’t act. Glance, notice patterns, breathe.
4) Ask yourself: “What’s one small thing that would make this calmer?”
5) Stop when the timer ends.
6) Write a single sentence:
“The one thing I noticed as the owner was…”

The only rule:
When time’s up, stop.
Awareness is the win—not output.

Quit Smoking niche

Price Confidence One-Liner

Write one calm sentence that explains your price and the value included. It should feel reassuring, specific, and easy to say on calls or paste in your emails.

How to:
Start with the result/structure (“focused session + follow-up”).
State the price (or “my fee”) confidently—no apologies.
Add a value anchor (custom audio, check-in, clear plan).
