Proximal Hamstring Tendon Rehabilitation with


In this session we worked through a testing process to identify which movements Dani could perform comfortably and which ones were still limited. From there, we introduced specific rehabilitation exercises she can incorporate into her training week to help support recovery and build strength safely.
