This social arts program began in May this year and has become a favourite of many in the group. From collage, to cardmaking, fridge magnets and self expression arts, there’s plenty to choose from while having a social chat and getting creative with a variety of media.
To keep it going into 2026 we’re offering 2 more available seats in this fortnightly group, Fridays at Precinct Hub Smithfield Plains.

I refuse to rush.
I refuse to feed the illusion of pressure—especially when it’s imposed by others as urgency.
Pressure is the moment I betray myself.
A world that rewards disconnection and calls it success will always mistake urgency for importance.
But alignment is felt in the body—calm, clear, electric.
Stillness reveals truth.
When I’m in my truth, there’s no pressure, no guilt, no noise.
Only the sound of nature, the scent of the earth, the vision of life, the taste of wildness.
I am Nature.
I am home.
Why would I abandon the power and presence of home to shrink myself into an illusionary world of chaos, noise and confusion?

When you’re aligned fully in presence, the distortion fades. Pressure, stress, expectation—they’re just noise from the false field. No need to fight or fix any thing. Just be Still.
And in that Stillness, the false field deletes itself.

How many of us say “I’m sick of waiting”

Words carry frequency. And when we say them that frequency ripples out, then mirrors back. Thats how consciousness works.
For those of you who know me will know that I’m always deciphering words because they can mean so many different things and those different things carry a different frequency that we may not have intended to say. 
The good thing is we can play with those words and make sure that they have the frequency of what we intent them to be and that will be mirrored back for our highest benefit. So flip it!
And if you’re not already- be more present when choosing words.

When we’re grounding and anchoring to align with earth, it’s important to recognise what you’re intending to ground into.
And consider, we don’t go down to ground, we go in to align with our stillness. That’s our truth.

We often share a knowing so others can understand. But in essence we may just be reaffirming what we already know. And that knowing ripples out with the ebb and flow through the quantum field.

I use to think stillness was sitting quietly momentarily when I had time.
But it is its own dimension of presence.
Without entanglements, old paradigm beliefs and patterns. No fear, worry or lack of anything.
It’s where the magic of being happens
The magic of the heart
Presence.

Just pause before you open your mouth, before you get angry, before your mind thinks of ways of arguing your point - just pause.

The pause before the breath.
Then choose how you want to experience that next moment.

This group is open to both public and NDIS participants. As a single facilitator these sessions are gently structured and intentionally casual - best suited to individuals who feel comfortable participating with a degree of independence and social awareness.
