MEET NESS, our March member of the month 🌷

Ness began her journey at Extend while pregnant with her second child, and since then, we’ve had the privilege of watching her navigate the challenges of her postnatal journey with incredible resilience. Through the ups and downs, Ness has shown what true consistency looks like - continuing to show up, rebuild her strength, and prioritise herself in every season.

Her commitment during the postnatal phase has been inspiring, proving that progress isn’t about perfection, but about persistence.

Thank you Ness for your dedication and for being such a valued part of our community. We are so very proud of you!

Our NEW Hybrid classes bring together the best of reformer Pilates and strength training. Throughout the session you’ll move on and off the reformer, using springs, bodyweight, and functional strength exercises to build a strong, balanced body. Expect a full body workout that challenges your muscles while still focusing on control and quality movement. 🌱
