When I first stepped into the health-tech ecosystem, I was completely new. I didn’t know the language, the networks, or the pathways. I was a clinician with a problem to solve & a big vision, but I was also incredibly naïve, starting from scratch & I didn't know anyone!!.
MTPConnect has played a central role in my development, providing the education, exposure, & community that has helped me grow from an outsider looking in, to now contributing to this space. It’s where I built foundational relationships, learned the ecosystem, & met people who would help shape my trajectory personally & professionally.
Today, I’m also deeply supported by the AusHealth Accelerator, which has opened more doors to resources, expertise, & guidance that are invaluable as we scale.
This year, I’ve been mostly in the trenches,
building, learning, refining, iterating.
It hasn’t been glamorous. It hasn’t been linear.
but now, Ardant is preparing to enter its next phase.
I know that the support, mentorship, & community from both MTPConnect and AusHealth, have put the company in a strong position for what comes next.
