Thanks again for the invitation to be part of the 'Building Workforce Capability with AI' panel in Adelaide - & to everyone in the room who showed up with intent to improve care across aged care, & disability.

I reinforced my view that the fastest, safest value for AI in our sector is reducing admin friction so clinicians can spend more time delivering care, & that frontline end users must be involved early in design/implementation to make it workable & actually adopted.

⚡ I’m looking forward to joining Ausmed for this panel lunch next Tuesday (17th Feb) to explore practical, real-world ways AI is already being used across healthcare/aged care & what it takes to implement it well.

This topic is close to me.
