Take care this long weekend 🛠️ With all those odd jobs piling up, especially anything on the roof, make safety a priority.

Gino learnt this the hard way after a 3m fall through his carport, which lead to a shoulder reconstruction with Dr Dan.

The good news? He’s on the mend and will be back to tackling jobs around the house in no time! 💪

Persistent shoulder stiffness or aching that doesn’t improve may reflect gradual joint change - including arthritis. Shoulder arthritis involves breakdown of the cartilage that normally allows smooth movement between joint surfaces.

As the joint surfaces become irregular and cartilage wears away, movement can become uncomfortable and limited. Not all stiffness is arthritis, but understanding the underlying joint health is key to selecting the right path forward.

Does your shoulder ever feel like it might slip, shift, or “give way”?
