💡 Fun Fact: If you’re constantly bloated, check your breathing!

Shallow chest breathing can limit your abdominal movement, slowing digestion and making bloating worse. It may not be the full cause of your bloating but try taking deep belly breaths, inhale slowly, feel your stomach expand, then exhale fully - see if you start to feel better.

It’s all about angle PLUS technique.

🤧 Did you know the angle matters when using a nasal spray?

There’s a little bit of technique to it:

- Gently blow your nose before use
- Shake the bottle and remove the cap
- Tilt your head slightly forward (not back!)
- Aim the spray slightly outwards, toward the ear, not the centre of your nose
- Breathe in gently as you spray

This helps the spray reach the right spot, rather than just dripping down your throat.
