Disordered eating does not always mean you have an eating disorder, however, it may still impact both your physical and mental health.
It can show up in a variety or ways, including but not limited to; skipping meals, heavily restricting portions or food groups, feeling out of control when eating certain foods, having irregular eating patterns or eating only limited types of food.
