Rae-Anne is an engaging, passionate and experienced facilitator, manager, coach and published author with over 25 years experience in leadership development, change management and developing and delivering training within government, social and community services.
Rae-Anne has qualifications in mental health, positive psychology, training and management, and is well known for her ability to share complex concepts, using storytelling, narrative and personal experiences in ways that her audiences relate to and enjoy.
Rae-Anne is a Principal Master Instructor of Mental Health First Aid and delivers health and wellbeing training programs Australia wide and internationally for private, government and not for profit organisations through her own company Transpiral Training and Development. Rae-Anne's clients include Australian Red Cross, Families S.A., Anglicare, Stamford Hotels, Fair Work Ombudsman, Attorney Generals Department, Return to Work SA, GP Axis, Relationships Australia, Uniting Care Wesley, Country Arts S.A., Ethnic Schools Board of S.A. and St John Ambulance S.A. and many more.
