I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be everything to everybody, but what about ourselves?

I often feel like I’m being pulled in every which direction with no time to refill my cup.

But we all know, we can’t pour from any empty cup!

So if you find yourself cancelling a catch up, watching your phone ring out, choosing to spend some time alone, don’t place guilt on yourself. Just trust that that’s what you need right in that moment. Don’t stress yourself with others expectations of you. Or their opinions and thoughts. Just do you.

After all, no one knows you better than YOU! πŸ™πŸ½
