Did you know we have many chakras in our body but there are 7 main ones. If we are experiencing ongoing challenges/particular issues in our daily lives there is a good chance it is because our Chakras need clearing and aligning. An imbalance in the:
• Root chakra can cause anxiety, nightmares, victimisation and money issues
• Sacral chakra can cause emotional instability, fear of change and depression
• Solar chakra can cause feelings of helplessness and excessive control over the environment or people
• Heart chakra can cause feelings of defensiveness, closed down, jealous, needing others' approval and attention
• Throat chakra can cause one to speak excessively, inability to listen, low self esteem, anger and insecurities
• Third eye chakra can cause mental confusion, sleep disorders, thyroid imbalance and mood swings
• Crown chakra can cause headaches, mental illness, cynicism, feeling of disconnection from the body and chronic exhaustion

A very warm Hello and thank you for reading this post. How has your energy felt lately? Are there some reoccurring challenges you might be experiencing? 2019 has certainly been an interesting year thus far. One of the pictures represents a 'clean/clear' aura and the other a 'cloudy' aura. Without regular self care it's very easy to possess a 'cloudy' aura causing many challenges including anxiety, depression, restlessness, difficulties sleeping, health challenges etc. However having a clean aura represents a 'balanced' life and we are able to look more clearly at challenges that come our way and have more of a positive outlook on life in general. Good evening to you all may you be snuggled up warm somewhere and enjoying this cooler weather. I have found these last few months quite physically and mentally challenging I felt very out of alignment and off balance. Im so grateful for my crystal bed. A beautiful soul came to see me for a crystal bed healing just before Christmas and she wrote about her experience for me to share with you all enjoy the short read:

If I could only use one word to describe my Crystal Healing Bed Session, it would be; refreshing. I went in feeling very over whelmed & fed up with the things that were not happening in my life. As soon as I walked into the healing room I felt a little lighter. As the session started I felt a small headache & just tried concentrating on my breathing & the relaxing music. Suddenly I felt a jolt like feeling in my neck & the headache lessened. I could feel it there slightly, but it wasn’t so strong. As I got more comfortable I could feel my body getting lighter & lighter & then I just felt like I was sinking into the bed. I was very comfortable. When I kept thinking of my headache I would every so often have a tingly/chimey feeling & sound go from the back of the top of my neck to my pelvis & then my pelvis area would feel warm. I felt like I was obviously there to focus on that area. When I would stir a little on the bed I found myself smiling. At one point I was so calm & into the music that I could see in my head two fairies dancing around in a garden. Before this happened my mind had wondered to a girl who passed away years ago. I instantly felt warm & like she was there with me somehow. When the session ended I just felt great in myself again. I felt refreshed physically & emotionally. A few days after my session I felt very drained & tired for about 24 hours, but mostly I have felt less stressed. I have been falling asleep a lot quicker & easier & I think that might be because my mind doesn’t feel like it is in overdrive. Thanks Alisha. Xo
