Come and see for yourself! Karidis Retirement Villages is the specialised retirement arm of the family-owned and operated Karidis Corporation Limited – one of South Australia’s most established property development organisations. The founder of the business, Mr Gerry Karidis AM, is regarded as an elder statesman when it comes to retirement, residential and commercial property developments. Under his strong leadership, the company has pushed the boundaries and set new benchmarks for more than 50 years, and is today one of the largest and most dynamic developers, with landmark locations across South Australia and Victoria. Our aim is to build well-designed retirement communities that provide the ultimate convenience in independence, combined with the strong bonds of community life. These bonds are evident not only in the array of social activities available within our communities, but also within the spirits of our residents, providing the perfect lifestyle for you to stay connected to those that matter most. As a wholly South Australian-owned business, we respect and understand the locations we build our villages in. With multiple locations across South Australia, including; Brooklyn Park, Dover Gardens, Glenelg, Lockleys, Marion, Netley, Pasadena, Plympton and Underdale as well as Hallam in Victoria - there is sure to be a Karidis village that is right for you! Backed by a wonderful support network, each village is conveniently located close to all key amenities – making life simple again. Featuring well-designed floor plans and layouts, including innovative and stylish solutions, our villages offer modern recreational facilities, immaculately-landscaped gardens and shared community areas - allowing you to enjoy life to it's fullest. In addition, when you choose a Karidis Retirement Village, all your maintenance and security issues are taken care of, giving you that ultimate peace of mind. Wednesday afternoon’s Bingo activity went very well, with everyone enjoying the session and loving their handcrafted Easter bunny gifts made by our resident Lynn.
The thoughtful surprise added a lovely Easter touch to the day. 🐰🐰

We appreciate Lynn coming in to share her creations and she has since told us she’s already received more orders for her Easter bunnies!

Thank you, Lynn, for spreading Easter cheer around the whole Norfolk Estate Village.

✨ Fashion Parade at Norfolk Estate✨

Assistant Village Manager, Roxanne Li explains what a wonderful afternoon the residents had at the Norfolk Estate Fashion Parade yesterday afternoon.

"Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the show, with our very own residents stepping up as models and proudly showcasing a range of lovely outfits.

The atmosphere was full of laughter and excitement, with raffle prizes adding extra fun to the event. After the parade, everyone settled in for a cuppa, enjoying relaxed conversations, plenty of compliments, and lots of laugh together.

A truly lovely community afternoon filled with connection, colour, and good company."

On Monday 9 February village residents from Norfolk Estate got together over morning tea to reminisce over how they all coped back in 1966 when Dollars and Cents took over from the traditional Pounds, Schilling and Pence.
