This amazing display which is at the Plympton Mews Retirement Village was made possible by the 1600 poppies which have been knitted and crocheted by our amazing residents.
Inspired by the Reflective Poppy display at the Brighton RSL Dawn Service in 2021 and the Brighton Arch of Remembrance (created by Dianne Schroeder) our project to create 1000 poppies was started and our target surpassed in no time.

Please share this post this coming week to remind others to pause and reflect, to remember those who have lost their lives in battle over the years 🥰

✨ Fashion Parade at Norfolk Estate✨

Assistant Village Manager, Roxanne Li explains what a wonderful afternoon the residents had at the Norfolk Estate Fashion Parade yesterday afternoon.

"Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the show, with our very own residents stepping up as models and proudly showcasing a range of lovely outfits.

The atmosphere was full of laughter and excitement, with raffle prizes adding extra fun to the event. After the parade, everyone settled in for a cuppa, enjoying relaxed conversations, plenty of compliments, and lots of laugh together.

A truly lovely community afternoon filled with connection, colour, and good company."
