💜 Purple Day – 26 March

Today is PURPLE DAY for EPILEPSY (our favourite colour), a global day to raise awareness, understanding and support for people living with epilepsy.
By wearing purple 💜, starting conversations and sharing knowledge, we can help reduce stigma and remind people affected by epilepsy that they are not alone.
Today, and every day, we stand with individuals, families and communities impacted by epilepsy. 💜💜💜

💛💙 World Down Syndrome Day – 21 March

Today is World Down Syndrome Day, a global day to celebrate people with Down syndrome and stand together around the 2026 theme, Together Against Loneliness.

Many people with Down syndrome experience loneliness, not because they lack ability, but because genuine inclusion and connection can be hard to access.
Today is a reminder that inclusion matters. Feeling welcomed, valued and connected makes a real difference to health, wellbeing and belonging.

We stand with our community today and every day.
