Before you drift off tonight, gift yourself just 10 minutes of meditation.

No pressure. No perfection. Just you, your breath, and a moment of stillness.

Meditating before bed can help:
🌙 Calm a busy mind
🌙 Reduce stress and tension
🌙 Improve sleep quality
🌙 Create a peaceful transition from “doing” to simply “being”

Try this tonight:
Close your eyes, take slow deep breaths, and gently bring your focus back to your breath each time your thoughts wander.

Ten minutes. That’s all it takes to nurture your nervous system and support your wellbeing. 💛
