The fitness industry would call this a “core” exercise. (Referring to the torso)
I call it a “toe to fingertip” connection & strength exercise, as in my opinion “the core” starts in your toes and ends at your fingertips. 🤸♀️

I’m not clued up on the research of this exact study, however, the principal behind this post is true.
When we “support” the body, be it compression tights, bras, shoes, compression bandages, etc, The supportive garment does the job the skin is designed to do and the tissues under the “supported areas” weaken.
Our bodies are intelligently deigned to function without external support…
In saying that… I’d knock myself out if I RnR running without a bra on. So they have their place! 😂 👙

Big changes are happening!
Monday 21st June 2021 is my final day seeing clients at the Hyde Park studio. Meant to Move is TEMPORARILY closing its doors to relocate to Victoria to be with family. I have somehow lived away from family for 21 years, it’s now time to reconnect the tribe and get some solid practice in being cool Aunty Kate!

This year I Turn 40 ... 😧 yep 40! So I have decided to hallmark the occasion with a big project, to ride the 900km Mawson Trail from Flinders Rangers back to Adelaide.
Today I dusted off the mountain bike and set off on my first training ride... 2/10 cardio fitness 🥵

This pillow from in INCREDIBLE!
I’ve been using it for sleeping the last 3 nights and have basically ditched my regular pillows.
I was surprised how tiny it was when I took it from the packet and how large it expanded to once it inflated itself, making it a perfect travel pillow.
The memory foam is so soft yet supportive around the head and neck.
I’ve already purchased a second one and another cover so I can share this incredible sensation with clients during relaxation sessions.
