We’re SO excited to have Miki back on the schedule!! She’s been away overseas travelling around South Korea and Japan, and we’ve truly missed her energy around the studio.

You can catch her first classes back tomorrow in the Reformer Room at 4:30pm & 5:30pm! 💪

They dove into workshops covering Pilates for every trimester, heated movement, intelligent cueing, and core anatomy - bringing home fresh knowledge, new inspiration, and next-level teaching tools for our CorePlus Glenelg community.
