Our team have had a busy week connecting with the community and sharing information on our services

Last week we attended the Adelaide Kids & Youth Disability Expo - KYDX where we had the opportunity to discuss our Inclusive Swim program with families 🏊‍♂️

Yesterday we attending the Torrens Active Ageing Forum which is run by Dana Wortley MP - Member for Torrens. We were able to connect with the local community and discuss the importance of staying active, as well as information on accessing their Support at Home Package 🏡

Last week the Inclusive Carers team had the opportunity to attend the 2025 NDIS State of the Nation Summit

This impactful event was real and refreshing. We had the opportunity to hear perspectives of both providers and participants, which provided 3 key takeaways:
✅ 15 out of 16 disability support providers are NOT NDIS registered - which is a significant compliance gap when working with some of the most vulnerable communities
✅ 'People lead, rules follow' - innovation must be people-led
✅ We are stronger together - meaningful partnerships can have a lasting impact in a time where providers are struggling more than ever
