“A little of what we fancy can do us a lot of good and too much of a good thing can still be ‘fattening’.”
- This is what I teach my clients, and this is especially important right now with the arrival of the ‘Silly Season’.
There is no need though to abandon our eating plans for healthy weight management.
And you shouldn't have to become a social recluse either, to stick to them!
Many people trying to control their weight often find one of the biggest challenges to be the festive season – and it’s not just what we eat on Christmas day that does the damage…
The average person puts on around 3 kilograms during the festive and holiday season, starting from mid-November and not finishing until the end of January!
But… if you’re on the right plan you can enjoy Christmas WITHOUT becoming a social recluse or depriving your taste buds while progressing with your weight loss (or at least choosing to maintain it and not gain). 😉
💃 If you want to cruise through the silly season and arrive in February a size smaller (or at the very least, not a size larger), you need my ‘Slimming Tips for the Silly Season’ Guide, where I cover many strategies that will help you.
