A gentle reminder in ‘acceptance’…
Controlling what we can and accepting what we can not.
In our control is nourishing ourselves and listening to when our bodies need rest. We are so uniquely different, and experience stress in our own way.
Our bodies are speaking to us constantly and we forget to listen, they will give us feedback to get us to slowdown and reconnect.
Listen in and give your mind + body time to relax. It will reduce levels of stress and be in tune otherwise y o u.
