Do you care for someone and need to know if they get out of a bed or chair?
Our 2617 Pull String Monitor features a user-friendly design that includes a durable nylon cord and magnet, and a secure clip. Simply attach the clip to their clothing and place the monitor near their bed/chair.
When they get out of the bed or chair the nylon cord and magnet is pulled away from the monitor (indicating they’re getting up), and the alarm is activated, alerting caregivers instantly!

Place handrails on stairways and grab bars in bathrooms, near toilets and in the shower, for added support and safety. A simple upgrade that makes a big difference!

According to SA Health, falls were the most common incident reported in healthcare facilities last year.
To reduce the risk, healthcare professionals can create familiar environments that encourage family members and carers to stay with patients. Also, avoiding the use of bed rails helps a lot and conducting a review after the first fall is crucial.
