Sharma Yoga and Therapy by Sharron Macrow When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too
~Paulo Coelho~

A Hatha Yoga class follows a sequence beginning with breath work, warm ups moving into physical postures (asanas), practised more slowly and with more static posture holds.

✨Embrace You ✨
~ peri to post-menopause wellness yoga ~

This class is all about giving women a supportive space to move, breathe, learn and reconnect with themselves - no matter where you are in this transition we call menopause that we enter and remain in for the rest of our living days.

We flow with a blend of Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga, layered with specific breath work to help ease the symptoms you may be navigating.(Or not)
We settle the mind and emotions with simple, grounding meditation.
And wrap it all up with that beautiful feeling of coming home to yourself.

If you are ready to feel a little more empowered, a little more balanced, and a lot more supported....l'd love to have you join us. 🩷

Spots still available for Donna's Soulful Movement Class tomorrow, phone Donna on 0478 366 735 to book.

In this soulful movement practice, the breath becomes your guide, anchoring awareness and inviting presence with each mindful flow. We explore the six directions of the spine -forward, back, side to side, and gentle twists - awakening energy and creating spaciousness within.

Through slow, intentional movement and deep listening, we harmonise body, mind, and spirit. This class offers a meditative journey inward, releasing tension and cultivating a sense of grounded ease, fluidity, and connection to the natural rhythm of life moving through you.

My happy place...... What's yours? 😊🩷

Self care is not a luxury item we squeeze in when everything else is done.

It’s essential.
It’s non-negotiable.

We can’t keep pouring out if we never refill.
We can’t live the life we want if we never come back to ourselves.

Self care is where we:

• reconnect to what we feel
• release what we’ve been holding
• restore our energy and nervous system
• remember what actually matters and live the life that we desire and deserve✨

What’s one thing you do to take care of YOU?

Every Wednesday my heart feels full. 💛 And Friday ☺️

This Hatha class has slowly grown into one of the most beautiful communities I’ve ever witnessed. Week after week a group of dedicated yogis come together — we move, we breathe, we laugh, and we genuinely support one another.

And it doesn’t stop when we roll up the mats…
Once a month we catch up for coffee, and those conversations only deepen the connection we’ve built in the room.

I’m so grateful for these Wednesdays and the incredible humans who show up. Thank you for your presence, your openness and your willingness to grow together. 🙏✨

Here’s to more movement, more connection and more heart-led practices. 🤍

If you would love to be part of a community like this, send me a message — I’d love to welcome you in.

Some days I honestly feel like giving up. 💭
Running your own business can be hard — the to-do list never ends, and it can feel like too much at times.

But then I remind myself… I didn’t come this far to only come this far. 🌿

Mindfulness practices help me pause, breathe, and reconnect with why I started.
It reminds me that growth takes time, and courage is built one gentle step at a time.

I truly love this work 🩷 watching my students grow in strength and confidence, seeing how they take what they learn on the mat out into their world. 💫
Together, we’ve formed a community that supports, uplifts, and reminds each of us that we’re not alone on this journey.

There’s still so much to share, so much to create, and so many people to reach. 💫

How do you keep yourself going when things feel tough? I’d love to hear your thoughts below ⬇️

🌿 This week in yoga…
We’ve been exploring mindfulness — not just as a way to balance hormones, but to bring harmony to our whole self.

Through gentle movement and breath, we’ve practiced being fully present — noticing how we feel, without judgment, and meeting ourselves with kindness. 💛

Mindfulness invites us to slow down, listen inwardly, and cultivate emotional balance and self-compassion. It’s a beautiful reminder that healing begins with awareness.

✨ Take a moment today to pause, breathe, and simply notice — how are you feeling right now?

Here's a peak into my 'Monday morning'🌅

My morning starts early (every weekday morning) 5.50am wake-up 👀

A little meditation with the beautiful Manna Abraham to start my day with a clear mind, some yoga to move the body, and then planning my yoga class for today 🧘🏼‍♀️🪑

Now l'm ready for my day - are you? 😉

How do you start your Monday mornings?

❤️

Not feeling 100% today, so my workstation looks a little different🛌🏼

Armed with lemon, ginger &honey tea, Barney sprawled out besides me - legs in the air, loving every minute being allowed on the bed 🐶

l'm tucked up in bed listening to the beautiful soft sound of rain outside working on social media magic just at a gentler pace.

Sometimes our bodies remind us to slow down -and that's ok.
