On 1 November, Support at Home officially rolled out, replacing Home Care Packages. We know this transition has brought lots of questions – and our team has been working hard to make sure you have the answers you need.
Over the past weeks, our team has been out visiting clients, answering calls, and providing clear information to help you understand what these changes mean for you. Across the entire organisation, we've been committed to ensuring this transition is as smooth as possible.
