What a day out on the Cool Coast! 🌊

On a recent Get Connected Bus Trip, our Henley Beach clients headed south along the Southern Tourist Drive, soaking up stunning esplanade views, stopping at scenic lookouts, and sitting down to a three-course lunch at the Aldinga Hotel.

Highlights included the iconic Port Willunga Jetty Pylons, Onkaparinga River Mouth Lookout, Silver Sands, and Sellicks Beach — and of course, a walk on the beach with toes in the sand to finish the day off right!

A big thank you to our ECH team members and volunteers who made it all possible. 💛

Easter may have just passed, but we’re still celebrating with a little help from one of our own. 🐣✨

Meet Giovanna, one of ECH’s dedicated Senior Customer Care Concierges. Giovanna plays an important role in coordinating services and connecting with our vibrant Italian community, helping ensure customers feel heard, supported, and valued.

To mark Easter, Giovanna has shared her family’s traditional tiramisu recipe, a much‑loved centrepiece at her Italian Easter table. Trust us, this is one you’ll want to try.

Easter came a little early at Crichton Court! 🐰🌸

Residents got creative with an Easter craft session early this month, and the results were absolutely wonderful. From first-timers to seasoned crafters, everyone gave it a go.

At ECH, we believe staying connected to nature is a vital part of living well. Through out sponsorship with Adelaide Botanic Garden, our ECH clients and residents recently enjoyed a beautiful, sensory session exploring the world of herbs with therapeutic horticulturalist Sally-Anne Fowles.

From uncovering ancient folklore to discovering rare species, it was a wonderful opportunity for our community to get hands-on. More importantly it was a space for everyone to share their own stories and deep personal connections to herbs and plants.

To finish the day, everyone planted their own herb pots to take home - a little piece of nature to brighten their daily routine.

We love seeing our community continue to learn, connect, and grow together! 🍃

With no running or tackling, Walking Footy is a 6-a-side mixed team game specifically designed for older South Australians.

🌟 Double the fun: We’re running this session alongside the junior clinic! We’d love to see parents and grandparents jump in and give it a go while the kids are on the oval.

🏆 Photo Op: We’ll also have the AFL, AFLW, SANFL, and SANFLW Premiership Cups on display! Don’t miss your chance for a photo with these iconic trophies.
