This week, we came together with our Board Members for a strategic planning workshop for the BoraCare Foundation, our Not-for-Profit committed to creating nurturing environments and meaningful connections where children and young people can grow and thrive.

It was a great moment to reflect on how far we’ve come over the past five years at BoraCare. Huge thanks to our incredible team and partners for making this journey possible!

This morning, Tilly and Michelle represented BoraCare at South Australia’s Biggest Mentally Healthy Breakfast.

The 2025 theme “Connecting When It Counts” couldn’t have been more fitting. It was amazing to see over 350 people in the room who took a pause from their busy schedules to be present, listen, and connect.

We heard powerful personal stories, practical advice, and insights on creating mentally healthy workplaces. A huge thank you to the organising team at the South Australian Business Chamber and to the speakers for reminding us that connection really does count. 🩵

This $20,000 grant will support our Serenity Room initiative, where we are creating calming, sensory-rich sanctuaries designed to offer the children and young people we support a space that is safe, nurturing, and healing.
