Often, we confuse physiological hunger with psychological hunger.
One is your body asking for fuel, energy, and nourishment.
The other is driven by stress, emotions, or external triggers.
Physiological hunger usually shows up 3â4 hours after a balanced meal.
You might notice:
a drop in energy
difficulty concentrating
even thirst
Psychological hunger tends to appear when youâre:
â tired
â overwhelmed
â stressed
â emotional
It often feels more urgent and specificâŚhello cravings lol
When you learn to recognise the difference, everything shifts.
Next time you reach for food, pause and ask:
âAm I physically hungry⌠or is something else going on?â
Iâd love to know, can you tell the difference when you reach for food?
