Another fun week working with an awesome group of people helping other people achieve their goals. Met some amazing folk from all around the world who all rode amazingly well yesterday. I never forget how lucky I am to be asked to do these things. Thank you . Hopefully we will meet again one day 🙂

Shirley is one of our cyclists this week and she came 3rd in her she group today for the ITT. So proud of her and she is so proud of herself. That smile ain't going anywhere for a while! what a great team to work with.

Happy international self care day. What did you do for yourself today? I did a ride in the morning and then some gym in the afternoon. Now relaxing with my cats in the couch. 😻
