In light of COVID19, Live Well Counselling are offering Counselling, Coaching and Clinical Supervision for Social Workers via virtual platforms (such as Zoom) and phone.

Telehealth services are available through GP Better Access to Mental Health Plans and are bulk billed under Medicare.

LIVE WELL MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR SOUTH AUSTRALIANS AFFECTED BY THE 2019-20 BUSHFIRES

Like everyone else, Live Well counsellors are aware of the devastating bushfires that have been raging around the country, including the recent fatalities. The fires are highly distressing to many people and will continue to have long term impacts. We recognise and pay tribute to those who have been combating and continue to combat fires and those individuals and groups on the front lines of disaster recovery.

We also want to acknowledge the devastating loss of animal, bird and plant life in our beautiful country.

The fires affect us all as a larger community and it is completely normal to experience a range of emotions, whether directly affected by the fires or not. Talking to someone and feeling connected can be incredibly important during times like these. We encourage everyone to reach out and look after themselves and each other.
We are offering bulkbilled appointments for anyone directly impacted by the bushfire disasters and trauma responders on the frontlines. (This includes telehealth services for people located in regional areas). 2019 has been an extremely significant year of growth and opportunity on so many levels.
